It is a services firm, not an AI product company. It sells project-based consulting to enterprises, including AI strategy, governance and agentic AI solutions for finance and SOX/audit work. In November 2025 it launched an AI Innovation Lab, run as a 'Center of Excellence-as-a-Service' and led by Tom Alexander. ZoomInfo estimates revenue at about $321M.
