Cashfree Payments is a Bengaluru-based, RBI-authorized payment aggregator. Its products include payment collections, vendor and wage payouts, cross-border payments, identity verification and fraud detection. It serves more than 800,000 businesses and processes about $80B in annual transaction volume. It earns mostly through commissions on gateway and payout transactions. FY25 operating revenue was about ₹640 Cr with a ₹154 Cr net loss. FY26 revenue rose about 51% to roughly ₹967 Cr with a ₹118.5 Cr net loss, and the company says it reached EBITDA profitability in March 2026. Its last major round was a Series C in February 2025, and total funding is roughly $94–100M. Investors include Y Combinator, SBI and Apis Partners.
