It runs B2C express parcel, B2B express, cross-border, 3PL/warehousing and returns/COD services for e-commerce and D2C sellers, and it acquired Trackon Couriers. It became a unicorn in Feb 2022 after a $300M Series F ($100M primary) from Blackstone, TPG and ChrysCapital. It then raised an $80M Series G in Nov 2023, led by Ontario Teachers', at about a $1.44B valuation.
