Shulan Health is a private hospital group. It builds and runs hospitals, including Shulan (Hangzhou) Hospital, which is JCI-accredited. It also runs an internet hospital, medical and nursing education, and clinical trials. It reaches patients through hospitals it owns and hospitals it manages under contract. It uses digital and AI-driven health platforms, but it is a healthcare provider, not a pure AI vendor. CB Insights reports about $85.7M raised through a Series D (PitchBook dates the Series D to March 2021). PitchBook also lists a cancelled IPO filing in September 2024.
