Unschool (legal name Edupolis Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) is a Hyderabad-based edtech marketplace. College students and young professionals take expert-designed courses in areas such as technology, management, and data and AI. Courses include live sessions, practical projects, one-to-one mentorship and guaranteed internships, and are sold direct-to-consumer, with Dealroom listing a price of about INR 3,999 per course. It was founded in 2019 by Rahul Varma and Narayanan S, joined Y Combinator's Winter 2021 batch, and has raised about $125K in disclosed funding (YC, 2021) plus a small Village Capital grant.
