Swile
Swile sells an employee-benefits smartcard and app that combines meal vouchers, gift and mobility benefits and expense management for employers and their staff in France and Brazil.
Swile (formerly Lunchr, founded 2016 by Loïc Soubeyrand) offers a Mastercard-based card and "super-app". It replaces paper meal vouchers with digital ones and adds gift, mobility and holiday benefits, business travel, expense management and employee-engagement tools. It sells B2B to employers, from SMEs to large groups such as Carrefour, JCDecaux, PSG and Spotify, in France and Brazil. It appears to earn money from employer fees and merchant and transaction fees. It raised a $200M Series D in October 2021 at a $1B valuation, about $328M in total funding, with 2023 revenue estimated at €50–100M and roughly 750 employees.
