SPINEART
Swiss medtech company that designs and sells spinal implants, instruments and robotic/navigation tools to spine surgeons, hospitals and operating room teams worldwide.
Spineart develops and sells patented spinal implants. These cover minimally invasive surgery, motion preservation (BAGUERA C cervical disc), fusion, biologics, and 3D-printed porous titanium implants. It pairs sterile, barcoded implants with compact instrument sets, and works with eCential Robotics and SpinEM Robotics on robotics and navigation. It sells to spine surgeons and hospitals directly in the US and Europe and through distributors in 60+ markets. It is privately held and was founded in Geneva in 2005. In 2025 it raised CHF 25M from existing shareholders Gimv and EGS Beteiligungen. Third-party trackers put total funding at about $139M and headcount at 200–350 or more. This is a medical device company, not an AI company.
