Sollis Health runs 24/7 private urgent and emergency care centers staffed by ER physicians. Centers are in New York City, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, San Francisco and South Florida, and members get on-site imaging, labs, telehealth, house calls and specialist referrals. Revenue comes mainly from membership fees. It raised a $30M Series A in Dec 2021 and a $15M extension in June 2023, and Dealroom lists a $33M Series B in Dec 2024. It is a care provider rather than an AI vendor, though in 2026 it began using the OpenEvidence AI platform for clinical note-taking.
