smallcase is a Bengaluru wealthtech platform where retail investors buy curated stock and ETF portfolios, and where brokers and advisors offer them.
smallcase lets investors hold thematic baskets of stocks and ETFs, called 'smallcases'. These are built by SEBI-registered managers and executed through broker partners such as Zerodha and Upstox. Revenue comes mainly from transaction fees charged to brokers, plus research subscriptions and related services. FY25 operating revenue was about ₹106 crore, up from ₹67.4 crore in FY24, with a net loss of about ₹34 crore. The platform serves more than 10 million investors and has processed about ₹1.2 lakh crore in transactions. It raised a $50M Series D in March 2025 led by Elev8 Venture Partners, and total funding is reported at about $112–120M.
