About ShopUp
ShopUp is a full-stack B2B commerce platform that connects mills, brands and manufacturers to small neighborhood retailers in Bangladesh. It offers sourcing, last-mile logistics (REDX) and financing (Onkur), and earns revenue by charging for these services. It claims to give about 31 million people access to food and essentials. It raised a $75M round led by Valar, and total funding is reported at roughly $198–236M depending on the source. In April 2025 it merged with Saudi-based Sary to form SILQ Group, which had a $110M round, and ShopUp now operates as a SILQ subsidiary.
