ServiceSource (NASDAQ: SREV) was founded in 1999. It sold outsourced go-to-market services: inside sales, customer success and recurring-revenue (renewals) management, plus the Renew OnDemand cloud app, mainly to B2B cloud and technology clients such as Cisco, Red Hat and Okta. It earned revenue from managed-service and performance-based engagements and reported about $195.7M in revenue in FY2021. General Atlantic was a notable investor. Concentrix acquired the company in 2022, so it is now a subsidiary and is not an independent AI company.
