Saviynt sells a cloud identity security and governance platform that helps large enterprises manage and protect human, machine and AI-agent identities.
Saviynt's Enterprise Identity Cloud covers identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management, application access governance and third-party access, and it adds AI-driven capabilities. It sells to large enterprises worldwide as a subscription SaaS platform. In December 2025 it raised a $700M Series B led by KKR, which Tracxn lists at a $3B valuation and about $870M raised in total. Third-party estimates put 2025 headcount at roughly 1,700 and ARR at around $183M in 2024.
