It has more than 600 customers worldwide, including The Home Depot, PetSmart, Coles, M&S Food and AutoZone. The company was founded in 2005 by Mikko Kärkkäinen, Johanna Småros and Michael Falck. In 2022 it raised about $500M of growth equity from Blackstone and TCV at a reported valuation of roughly $5.7B. Third-party estimates of annual revenue vary widely, from about $250M to $467M.
