About Raet

Raet, founded in the Netherlands in 1965, sells cloud-based HR and payroll software (Youforce) and related services, mainly to healthcare and to central and local government. Hg invested in 2016. Visma bought 100% of the company in May 2018, when it had about 1,200 employees and net revenue of €161M (2017). Visma later split Visma | Raet into two independent companies, Visma | Raet and Peple. Visma | Raet kept about 450 employees and is based in Amersfoort. Its software is not primarily AI-based, so the 'AI company' label is questionable.
