Qodo (legal name Codium Ltd, formerly CodiumAI) sells an AI code review and governance platform. It reviews pull requests and checks changes in developers' IDEs, using cross-repository context and specialized agents. It enforces coding standards through a Rules System. In March 2026 it raised a $70M Series B led by Qumra Capital, bringing total funding to $120M. By March 2026 it served hundreds of customers, including Nvidia, Walmart and Box, and had about 115 employees. It reported roughly tenfold revenue growth over the previous year.
