Qlik sells a cloud data integration, data quality, analytics and agentic AI platform (Qlik Cloud Analytics, Qlik Talend Cloud, Qlik Answers) to large enterprises and public-sector organizations.
Qlik's platform combines data integration (Talend), governance, associative analytics and AI agents such as Qlik Answers and Qlik Predict. It sells subscriptions to over 40,000 customers worldwide and says about 75% of the Fortune 500 use it. Founded in Lund, Sweden in 1993 and listed on Nasdaq from 2010, it was taken private by Thoma Bravo in 2016 for about $3B and merged with Talend in 2023. In 2025, ADIA led an undisclosed minority investment, with Thoma Bravo remaining majority owner. In 2026, Saugata Saha was named CEO.
