NWN, formerly NWN Carousel, is a private-equity-backed managed technology services provider. It uses its proprietary Experience Management Platform (EMP) to deliver managed cloud, networking, cybersecurity, contact center, managed devices and visual collaboration services. It says it serves over 6,000 customers, including enterprises, state and local governments, higher education and federal agencies, and reports an NPS of 88 as of June 2026. The company was formed when NWN Corp. acquired Carousel Industries in May 2021 in a New State Capital Partners-backed deal, with a projected $1B revenue run-rate for 2021. The Boston Business Journal ranked it #22 on its 2024 Fast 50 list and among the largest private companies in Massachusetts.
