Nexthink makes a SaaS platform that monitors endpoints and applications in real time, so IT teams can find, diagnose and fix employee tech issues. Its AI products include Flow, Drive and Spark, a personal IT agent launched in January 2026. It sells on a subscription basis to over 1,000 enterprise customers. ARR was reported at about $330M in early 2026 and near $400M by September 2026. Vista Equity Partners made a majority investment in 2025 at roughly a $3B valuation. Earlier venture funding totalled about $336M, including a $180M Series D in 2021.
