NEXAMP
Nexamp develops, owns and operates community solar, utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, selling bill-saving solar subscriptions to households, businesses and nonprofits.
Nexamp is a vertically integrated clean energy company. It develops, finances, builds, owns and operates community solar, utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. Subscribers, including homeowners, renters, small businesses and nonprofits, receive utility bill credits at a discount, typically 10–15%. It also offers power purchase agreements and solar-farm hosting. Mitsubishi Corporation took an initial stake in 2016 and made it a subsidiary in 2018. Third-party data (Multiples.vc) puts the company at over 1.5 GW of generating and in-construction capacity and nearly 80,000 customers across 17 states. Recent financings include a $106M project financing (June 2026) and a $200M debt round (April 2026, per Tracxn). Note that Nexamp is a clean-energy company, not an AI company.
