Mirakl is a Paris-based SaaS company. Its products are the Mirakl Platform for marketplaces and dropship, Mirakl Connect for AI-powered multichannel selling, Mirakl Ads for retail media, and Mirakl Nexus for agentic commerce. It serves more than 450 B2C and B2B marketplaces and over 100,000 third-party sellers. Customers include Macy's, Decathlon, Carrefour, ASOS and Airbus Helicopters. It earns revenue mainly from platform subscription fees plus services. It raised $555M at a valuation of about $3.5B in its 2021 Series E and about $948M in total equity funding. In 2023 it added roughly €100M of bank debt.
