Midi Health runs a telehealth clinic where clinicians trained in menopause and hormonal health treat women in midlife. Care includes prescriptions, testing and supplements, and visits are covered by major insurers and health systems. It raised a $100M Series D led by Goodwater Capital, announced in February 2026, at a reported valuation above $1B. Earlier it raised a $50M Series C in October 2025. Reported scale includes about 25,000 patients per week and coverage for 45M women across all 50 states. Revenue estimates vary by source: one third-party estimate puts 2025 revenue at $115.9M, and another puts it near $150M.
