iCIMS sells a SaaS talent acquisition platform covering career sites, candidate relationship management, applicant tracking, onboarding and high-volume hiring. It adds AI features such as Coalesce AI, and in September 2025 it acquired Apli. It serves thousands of enterprise customers, including a large share of the Fortune 100, across retail, healthcare, manufacturing and finance. It sells by subscription. Vista Equity Partners acquired it in 2018. Headcount was about 1,280 in March 2026, down from about 1,450 in 2023. Revenue is not publicly disclosed.
