iCapital provides a digital platform that handles education, subscriptions, fund administration, reporting and analytics for alternative investments, structured products and annuities. Its clients are wealth management firms and financial advisors (the buy side) and asset managers (the supply side). It is a B2B business and cannot be accessed directly by retail investors. In July 2025 it raised over $820M at a valuation above $7.5B, led by T. Rowe Price and SurgoCap. Total funding is about $1.5B. As of June 2026 it services roughly $1.2T in assets, including $311B on its alternatives platform, and connects about 130,000 advisors to 2,100+ funds from 750+ managers.
