About HiSoft
HiSoft started in 1996 as Dalian Haihui Sci-Tech and provides outsourced IT, software development, performance testing and application management services to multinational clients such as Microsoft and Oracle. It listed on Nasdaq (HSFT) in June 2010 with an IPO of 7.4M ADSs at $10.00 each. It had about 7,500 staff in 22 offices and delivery centers by 2012. In November 2012 it merged with VanceInfo to form Pactera, and the hisoft.com domain now appears to be a small residual entity listed in Beijing. Its current activity and AI focus could not be verified.
