It also runs a consumer marketplace for finding and booking beauty and wellness appointments. It uses a freemium model and earns revenue from payment processing fees, new-client marketplace booking fees and paid premium features. In May 2026 it raised $80M from KKR's growth equity arm at a valuation above $1B, bringing total funding to about $285M. It reports 140,000+ partner businesses in 120+ countries, 35M+ monthly appointments and $1.4B+ in monthly transaction value (2026). In August 2026 it launched booking integrations with ChatGPT and Claude.
