About Dataminr

Dataminr's AI platform ingests more than one million public data sources (text, image, video, audio, sensor) and sends real-time alerts. Products include Dataminr Pulse for corporations and First Alert for first responders. It sells subscriptions to global enterprises, public sector and defense agencies, and newsrooms. Sacra estimates ARR at about $225M in July 2026, up from $205M at the end of 2025. Dataminr raised $485M across three financings in 2025, including a $300M round led by Fortress and NightDragon, and it was last valued at $4.1B in 2021. In 2025 it announced plans to acquire ThreatConnect for $290M.
