DataBank
Enterprise colocation, interconnection and managed data center services, increasingly AI-ready, sold to enterprises, cloud providers and other large IT users in the US.
DataBank, based in Dallas, operates a platform of 70+ data centers in about 27 US markets. It sells colocation, interconnection, cloud, bare metal and managed services to enterprise customers, and it is increasingly building high-density, AI-ready capacity. Its business model is recurring colocation and interconnection contracts, funded by large equity and debt raises. In 2025 it raised about $2B in equity, including $1.5B from AustralianSuper, and it has raised over $4B in debt and equity in 12 months. It is building a 480MW campus in Red Oak, Texas, and a $650M upsize to its construction financing for that campus was reported in June 2026.
