Cedar Gate provides a cloud platform for value-based care. It covers enterprise data management, performance analytics, care management and bundled-payment administration. Its customers are payers, providers and self-insured employers, and it earns revenue from software and services. David Snow Jr. founded it in 2014 with backing from GTCR, and Ascension Ventures (2018/2019) and Cobalt Ventures (2020) later invested. CB Insights lists about $220M raised in total, but sources disagree on funding. The company grew by acquiring Global Healthcare Alliance, Citra Health Solutions, Enli Health Intelligence (2021) and Deerwalk. It appeared on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list. PitchBook now lists it as an operating subsidiary of IQVIA, which I could not confirm elsewhere.
