Its customers are health systems, payers and physician groups, including Novant Health, Highmark, Allina Health and Providence. As of November 2024 it engaged about 26M patients a year and was on track to process $3.5B in patient payments annually. It was founded in 2016 and has raised about $351M in total. Its last major round was a $200M Series D in March 2021, at a $3.2B valuation.
