Cato Networks sells a cloud-native SASE platform that combines SD-WAN, firewall-as-a-service, ZTNA and threat prevention. It runs on a global private backbone and is sold as a subscription, mostly through channel partners. It was founded in 2015 by Shlomo Kramer and Gur Shatz. It raised a $359M Series G in June 2025 at a valuation above $4.8B, and about $1.1–1.2B in total funding. Third-party profiles cite 4,000+ enterprise customers and over $350M ARR in 2025.
