ATSG is a New York-based managed services provider. It offers digital infrastructure, digital workplace, collaboration, customer experience and security services, powered by its Ai2 automation platform. It sells to enterprises in sectors such as IT, finance and healthcare on a recurring managed-services model. It is backed by private equity firm RunTide Capital, and Tracxn lists about $135M raised. It acquired Optanix in 2021 and merged with Evolve IP in November 2024. The combined company, rebranded XTIUM in 2025, serves about 1,700 customers and 950,000 users. Its AI positioning is automation and AI-readiness within IT services, not a standalone AI product.
