About Apttus
Founded in 2006 by Kirk Krappe, Neehar Giri and Kent Perkocha, Apttus began with quote-to-cash and CPQ software built on the Salesforce platform. Thoma Bravo bought a majority stake in September 2018, and in May 2020 Apttus combined with document-automation firm Conga, adopting the Conga name. The company sells B2B SaaS subscriptions and reports AI-driven pricing and commercial optimization features, with funding of roughly $404M across its Apttus history according to third-party trackers.
