An open-source tool for investigating candidate continuity breaks and regime shifts in time-series data. It combines a deterministic analytical core with optional interpretation layers. My role: concept, requirements, solution design, functional and technical decisions, iterative testing, corrections, documentation and release preparation. AI wrote the code under my direction, with human review and validation. The repository provides the published implementation and documentation.
