I make expert-level engineering and AI-assisted products easier to understand, use, and trust.I work in two modes: leading product and UX organizations full-time, and providing fractional senior design judgment to founders and technical teams.Across 18+ years, I have worked across product design, UX research, service design, product management, and design leadership. At MathWorks, I led a distributed UX organization of up to 58 across the U.S., India, the U.K., and France while helping strengthen experience practice across a broad technical-product ecosystem. Earlier, I served as Head of UX and Product Management for an early-stage civic SaaS platform and as Head of Product Design for a startup network product.My unfair advantage is knowing how to make expert engineering tools intuitive without flattening the complexity that makes them powerful. I am strongest where the technology is consequential but the customer, workflow, or interaction model is still forming: complex systems, AI-assisted workflows, product strategy, research, design quality, and the operating mechanisms that help teams make better decisions.I also led the experience vision for an AI assistant supporting model-based engineering workflows.
