Michael Maltsev is the founder and CEO of RigER, an Austin-based company that makes job management software for oilfield service and equipment rental companies, covering field tickets, job scheduling and rental fleet management. Before building oilfield software, Michael was CFO at an oilfield rental company. He studied at MIT Sloan School of Management and has led RigER since 2012, serving customers in the US, Canada and the Middle East.
