Jixin Zhao is a PhD candidate at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, researching low-level vision in its Visual Computing Lab. Earlier, Jixin trained at Nanyang Technological University, completing a master's in signal processing and then serving as a research assistant at MMLab. Jixin is a co-author of ObjectClear, a CVPR 2026 paper on removing objects and their effects from images.
