Hans van Rijnswoud is the CEO of Adver-Online and HROffice, based in Heemstede, which build recruitment marketing and HR software, including an applicant tracking system, job posting tools and careers websites for HR professionals and recruiters. Hans founded Adver-Online in 2002 and has run HROffice since 2009, building an HR platform that is sold through partners. He is also involved with Aipiphany Ventures and Wykyk.
