Fateh Abderrahim Boukhalfa is the founder of SovereignAI Labs in Algiers, which offers approval policies, templates and written reviews that help teams decide which AI agent actions need a human sign-off. He is an engineering student at USTHB, where his undergraduate research focuses on human-governed AI. Fateh has published a paper and open code on schema-enforced approval gating, tested across more than 1,700 trials.
