Dennis Won is Founder and CTO of Newton Labs in San Francisco, which builds an authorization layer for onchain transactions so teams can enforce compliance policies like identity checks, jurisdiction rules and spending limits directly in smart contracts across chains. Dennis is also Co-Founder and CTO at Magic Labs, where he led the protocol team, and he previously worked at Alchemy, Harmony, Kaia and Facebook after studying computer science at Stanford. He also builds AI agents that turn natural-language trading strategies into trades.
