Robiul Hasan is an infrastructure and systems support engineer and service desk co-lead in Dhaka, Bangladesh, working at an Australian managed services provider that serves clients worldwide. Robiul has spent more than five years in managed services, covering cloud migrations, endpoint security and backup recovery. Outside that work, Robiul builds AI tools, including mediscribe-live, a voice-based bedside clinical assistant, and NextVector, a daily tech and AI news site.
