Steven Ledgerwood is the CEO of Capsule CRM, a Manchester-based company that makes simple CRM software for growing businesses, covering sales, marketing and project management. Steven joined Capsule as CEO in January 2023. He came from FINDOLOGIC, where he was Chief Revenue Officer, and before that he spent about 20 years in sales, marketing and customer success, mostly at technology companies. He is now focused on how AI is changing the way products get made.
