Ben Bauert is the Founder and CEO of Facilitate, a technology company that helps organisations build engaging, interactive training using VR and AI. Before founding Facilitate in 2016, Ben studied political science, sociology and law and then worked as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Perth. He now focuses on immersive training as a more effective alternative to classroom learning, and he writes about entrepreneurship and VR.
