About
Angelos Michael Papadopoulos is a research associate at the Visual Computing Lab of CERTH in Greece and a PhD student, also affiliated with the Kellis Lab. He works on deep learning for computational biology and AI-driven protein research, including antibody discovery and protein design. Angelos is the lead author of ParaSurf, a surface-based deep learning method for predicting paratope-antigen interactions, published in Bioinformatics in 2025.
