What it does

Estimates a public company's intrinsic value by running three valuation methods—discounted cash flow (5-year projection + terminal value), relative multiples (P/E, EV/EBITDA, EV/Revenue vs peers), and sum-of-the-parts for multi-segment businesses—then blends them into an implied share price with upside/downside vs market. Reach for this whenever a user asks whether a ticker is fairly valued, what a price target should be, or to build out a formal DCF model. Returns sensitivity grids (WACC × terminal growth), bull/base/bear scenarios, and a research-only disclaimer.

  • DCF valuation: 5-year FCFF projection, WACC-discounted cash flows, terminal-value blending
  • Peer-multiple relative valuation: applies median P/E, EV/EBITDA, EV/Revenue from comparable companies
  • SOTP breakdown: values distinct business segments at pure-play peer multiples and sums the pieces
  • Sensitivity grids, scenario modeling (bull/base/bear), and fair-value range vs. current market price
