What it does

Synthesizes announced funding rounds from Form D filings, press releases, and verified founder posts—filtering rumor and re-announcements. Use it to stay current on weekly deal flow, spot patterns in your vertical, or brief stakeholders on who's raising and why. Notable for primary-source rigor: every round needs Form D, press release, or verified post; no gossip.

  • Filter by vertical (AI, crypto, prediction markets, agentic infra, etc.), minimum round size, and geography
