EM2Ai Group develops AI-based tech solutions for dental care, focusing on patient care and practice management. On August 16, 2026, Medi Lifestyle announced it would acquire EM2Ai for S$6.8M ($5.3M) (stock). Medi Lifestyle is a health care group that provides health care and wellness services. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($1M to $10M) the price works out to roughly 2× revenue.
