On August 18, 2026, Francisco Partners announced it would acquire Weave for $650M (cash). Francisco Partners is a global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology and technology-enabled businesses. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($100M to $500M) the price works out to roughly 3× revenue.
