Snowflake acquires Observe for $1B

Observe offers an observability cloud solution to accelerate the transformation of troubleshooting applications and resolving incidents. On January 8, 2026, Snowflake announced it would acquire Observe for $1B. Snowflake is a cloud data platform that provides a data warehouse as a service designed for the cloud. At the middle of Crunchbase's revenue estimate ($10M to $50M) the price works out to roughly 45× revenue.
