Nebius buys 10-month-old Inferize for up to $150M to kill GPU cold starts

Nebius announced on October 1 that it is acquiring Inferize, a 17-person Tel Aviv startup founded in January 2026 by two Granulate alumni, for $100–150M. Inferize's software cuts the idle time GPUs spend loading model weights before serving, the kind of utilization gain an AI cloud can sell straight through to customers.
