netspaces acquires Simbiose Digital for $1.4M
Simbiose will run as an independent unit with its own brand and staff, while joining an ecosystem of more than 450 developers and 30,000 brokers in Brazil. The platform has more than 200 services in production, integrated with the main CRMs in the sector. It began as a marketing agency, moved into WhatsApp automation at 3 million messages a month, and now claims one employee can do work that once took twenty. One outlet reported a slightly higher price of R$7.5M, so the figure is not fully settled. This is the fifth acquisition by the holding. It bought tokenization firm Insignia in 2024 and Studio 360, now the Bloco commercial platform, in 2025. The company has raised R$18M from about ten regional real estate investors at a R$113M valuation. The buyer's stated plan is for agents to go beyond lead handling. The AI can collect buyer data, send it to contract generation and trigger the signing step. For AI founders, this is a vertical-agent company sold at a small price to a distribution-rich buyer. The buyer already had developer and broker relationships, and the agents add a revenue layer on top of them. Builders of agent products for niche industries should note that an exit can come from a customer-side platform rather than a larger AI vendor. Plugging into CRMs and showing measurable labor replacement were the traits the buyer highlighted.
